This hotel was really centrally positioned and the personnel at the reception were there at every hours. The beds were comfy and the other guests were being normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Pretty wonderful hotel and excellent area. Surely will recommend Ryokan Mokuzin!

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights for holidays to discovering the place. Ryokan Mokuzin is found in an incredibly central placement, it truly is clean plus the beds are incredibly cozy! There is only one detail I’d suggest heading forward and that is to offer extra hotel amenities, shower gel especially. Over-all, I was very pleased with this stay and would certainly endorse it to everyone trying to check out Hakuba.

If you are travelling to Hakuba you should reserve at Ryokan Mokuzin. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the guest rooms are pretty clean. A very nice place in general and the atmosphere was wonderful.
